Marjorie is retired and an ex head of an Infant and First School. Prior to a career in education, Marjorie was a Human Resource Manager in the retail industry. Currently, Marjorie is a Governor at Desborough College Maidenhead in addition to Trevelyan Middle School. Marjorie bring skills and experience in school leadership, knowledge of different school settings, school systems and curricula. Outside school, Marjorie’s interests are walking, reading, musical theatre and family.

Will Daley is an experienced teacher and middle leader who has been working for Pioneer Education Trust since its inception. Over the course of his teaching career in England, Will has taught across a range of year groups and age levels with a particular expertise in key stage 2. Having been born in Canada, Will moved to South Korea to teach English upon completing his psychology degree from the University of Ottawa. After years teaching in South Korea, Will moved back to Canada to train as a teacher. In 2013, he complete he education degree and due to job shortages in Canada, moved to the UK to start teaching full time. What was supposed to be a short stop over in England, has turned into him settling here and he hasn't looked back since. His interests outside of work include basketball, ice hockey, politics, comedy and history.

Charlotte is an experienced School Business Manager of a local primary school, a position she has held for over 10 years.  A member of the Senior Leadership Team, her role encompasses responsibilities of finance, health & safety and HR as well as the many other varied duties that working in a primary school brings.  She is also Clerk to the Local Governing Body for the school.Prior to this, Charlotte held corporate HR roles in several multinational organisations and has a Masters in Human Resource Management.Charlotte has two teenage sons who have both recently completed their secondary education.  She enjoys traveling, cycling, walking, going to the theatre and reading.

Caroline is an elected parent governor with two children one currently attending Trevelyan. She holds an MSc in Social Work, is CIPD Associate qualified, and is a Director at a small manufacturing company. She brings experience in leadership, safeguarding, and people management to her role as a governor.

Caroline is particularly passionate about inclusion and diversity and believes that equality, respect, and wellbeing should underpin all aspects of school life. She is committed to supporting the school’s leadership and wider community to ensure that every child feels safe, included, and able to succeed. Her interests include politics, stand-up comedy and travelling.
