Directions and Maps

Trevelyan School is about 1.5km from Windsor Castle.

Buses passing the school connect Windsor town centre with Slough, Maidenhead and surrounding villages. There are also services from Eton Wick, and The Village in Windsor Great Park.

  • We are one of the first schools in the country to be served by yellow school buses.

Windsor has two railway stations with frequent services:

  • Windsor & Eton Central, a branch line from Slough with connections to Maidenhead, Reading and London Paddington.
  • Windsor & Eton Riverside from London Waterloo via Wraysbury, Datchet and Staines.

Both stations are near the castle in the town centre, and are about 20 minutes' walk from the school.

Cycling to School

Windsor is on National Cycle Route 4 and several local routes as well. We encourage pupils to cycle to school - it's healthy for them and the environment. All pupils must take a Road Cycling Proficiency test first. We provide training for this in an after-school course. All cyclists must wear a safety helmet.
