We always like to encourage participations from volunteers at Trevelyan Middle School.

If you have a specialism or interest that you think may be of benefit to pupils then please let us know.

Areas of interest to us might be:

  • An extra-curricular activity
  • Post graduates with interest in Attachment or Trauma study, Educational Psychology, Counselling, Behaviour support, etc.
  • Family support workers, Social work assistants, etc.
  • Helping with the school production e.g. making costumes, make-up etc.
  • Helping the PTA at school events.
  • Volunteering in a classroom to help with pupil interventions.

Depending on the likely level of pupil participation, volunteering may be subject to a short interview and written task.

Pioneer Educational Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All Volunteers will be subject to a full Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) clearance.
